A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. preheat the kitchen stove to 180 °C. Thinly grease a non-stick baking pan (O 20 cm) with a brush. 2.

In a small baking bowl, mix baking powder, cinnamon, flour and salt. 3.

3. in a large baking bowl, stir together egg whites, honey, eggs, oil and juice of one lemon; fold in grated carrots and flour mixture. Blend until smooth.

4. fill into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 min. Do the proofing: stick a toothpick in the center of the cake, if no batter sticks, the cake is done.

5. remove cake from pan to cool and place on a cooling rack.

For the glaze, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla, spread in a thin layer on the cooled cake.
