Instructions:

Skin, bone and dice chicken. Roast bacon in a dry frying pan until brown. Remove peel from onions and cut into rings, peeled ginger into sticks. Remove garlic from peel and finely dice. Rinse apples, cut into eighths, core and cut diagonally into slices.

Remove the peel from the orange exactly, divide it into slices and cut them into quarters. Cut pineapple into pieces, peeled banana into slices and sprinkle all fruit with juice of one lemon. Fry onions, garlic and ginger in fat until translucent, dust with curry and flour, pour clear soup and coconut milk and make 5 min. Add meat and fruit, infuse another 5 min, season with salt, season with pepper and sprinkle with bacon.

Cucumber shavings mixed, mango chutney, chopped peanuts and fresh diced tomatoes.
