Instructions:

For the cappuccino slices, first beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then slowly add the oil and water. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and fold in.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Let the dough cool down and turn it over with a frame.

For the filling, whip whipped cream with cream stiffener, then fold in the cappuccino powder. Spread the cream on the cocoa base. Set aside some of the cream.

Chill the cappuccino slices for a few hours and pipe a rosette on each slice with a piping bag and decorate with a chocolate mocha bean.
