Clean pods, cut ends into small pieces and pull off strings. Heat 01 in a heavy large frying pan, brown garlic in it, add pods, bamboo and water chestnuts and cook at highest heat~ for one minute, stirring constantly. Extinguish with chicken soup and soy sauce, cover. Mix starch flour with water and pour over vegetables form. Stir until sauce is evenly thickened (about 1 minute). Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
