Instructions:

For the camera cake, first prepare the Sacher mixture. Melt the chocolate and beat the egg whites and granulated sugar until stiff. Cream butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks, let chocolate cool down a bit and add.

Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture alternately with the snow. Pour the mixture into a large loaf pan and bake at 160 °C for about 50 minutes, then let cool.

For the ganache, chop the chocolate, heat the whipped cream and melt the chocolate in it. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Cut a rectangle and a cylinder from the mixture, whip the ganache briefly and brush the parts all around with the mixture, let it set. Roll out roll fondant thinly and cover the two pieces with it, assemble with a toothpick.

From the remaining fondant, cut additional strips for the lens, etc. or form small balls for the buttons. Decorate the finished camera cake with sugar writing.
