For the baked camembert, first mix the egg and a dash of milk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover the cheese with flour and turn it several times in the egg-milk mixture.

Finally, turn in the breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with oil and fry the Camembert in it. Turn after a few minutes. Serve with ketchup.
