For the Caipirinha Bowl, first peel the melon and form small balls with a baller. Put them in the bowl.

Cut 11 limes into eighths, put them in a pitcher, add the sugar and squeeze with a pestle until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Slice 1 lime and save for decoration.

Add to the melon balls.

Add the cachaça and mix everything together. Allow to infuse for 2 hours.

Add ice-cold mineral water and sparkling wine and serve the Caipirinha punch with a slice of lime.
