Hold back a little bit of the grated carrots.

Briefly steam the remaining vegetables in the apple juice and mix with the cooked oats. Season smartly with the spices and herbs and finally fold in the grated Gruyère.

Roll the filling into the pre-cooked white cabbage leaves.

Place the wraps side by side in a gratin dish and pour the vegetable broth over them.

Meanwhile, steam in the heated stove at 180 °C for about thirty minutes until soft.

Before serving, sprinkle grated carrots on top.

Tip White cabbage is a winter vegetable that reaches its flavor zenith only when harvested after the first frosty nights.
