Instructions:

Cut the pork shoulder into 2 cm cubes. In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions until golden. Add meat and fry, sprinkle crushed garlic and paprika powder. Immediately add beer, pickle water and about 1/2 liter of water. Season with pepper, salt, marjoram, caraway seeds and bay leaves, simmer for 20 minutes. Add sauerkraut and simmer again for about 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add diced peppers and garlic sausage. As a last step, stir sour cream until smooth and stir into cabbage. Serve the cabbage in deep plates.
