Instructions:

Peel and dice the pumpkin. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in pan and brown onions.

Add pumpkin and garlic and sauté. Add a little water and sauté with salt and chili flakes for a few minutes until soft.

Mix cream with flour and add to pumpkin with green parsley and stir. Finally stir in vinegar and serve the butternut squash vegetables.
