Instructions:

Eggs, buttermilk & salt. Beat until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder & baking soda. Combine with the salt & sugar. Stir together with the liquid & melted butter. Do not over stir or the zaehe will.

Fill a 90 ml ladle with the mixture. Place on the 180 C hot, lightly oiled griddle. This makes 60 g of pancakes. Wait until the edges become firm and the surface has pitting bubbles. Flip and finish griddling. Bring to table with whipped butter and Maple Syrup.

Can be filled with fresh berries, apples, etc.

One third of the flour may be substituted with whole wheat, buckwheat, kasha/smoke flour, etc. Can be replaced.
