For the Burning Iceberg, briefly fry apricots in butter, repeatedly baste with the frying liquid. Sprinkle with hazelnut flakes, pour over warmed apricot brandy, flambé and serve immediately on vanilla ice cream balls piled on top of each other. The burning iceberg must still be burning.
