Instructions:

For the burger with plucked chicken and BBQ sauce, season the chicken fillet, sear it and let it steep in the tube. Then shred and keep warm.

For the BBQ sauce, sauté onion with garlic and chili, deglaze with whiskey and white wine and let reduce. Add tomatoes, season and reduce to a thick sauce.

Mix chicken with sauce, warm burger buns in tube, slice and top with lettuce. Pour chicken with BBQ sauce on top, top with cheese and let it melt briefly. Serve the burger with plucked chicken and BBQ sauce.
