Instructions:

To prepare the filling, mix feta cheese with dill, rose peppers and parsley with the help of a fork.

Brush a cake pan with a slightly higher edge with water.

Two thirds of the puff pastry are for the bottom, one third for the top. Roll out the puff pastry so that it hangs over the edge.

Spread the filling on the pastry and cover with a sheet of the remaining pastry, folding the edge over it and pressing it down.

Prick the surface a few times with a fork and brush with a little milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes and serve while still warm.
