Instructions:

Cook the curd oil dough and set aside to cool.

Rinse the plums, remove the seeds and score them twice lengthwise. Grate the nuts and toast them briefly in a dry frying pan. Mix the flour and the cinnamon with them. Melt the butter and stir it into the nut-flour mixture with the honey and the plum water.

Grease the cake springform pan accurately. Briefly knead the chilled dough and roll it out. Spread it out in the cake pan and raise a 2 cm rim. Place the plums close together on the dough. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the plums and place the cake on the second rack from the bottom in the cold oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

It tastes best if you let it cool for 1 day and then cut it.
