Instructions:

Make a potato dough with the boiled egg, flour, potatoes, semolina and salt, then roll out into a rectangle. Place the cooked neck cut into cubes and the steamed sauerkraut on it. Lightly bind rolls together and make in a cloth napkin for about 30 minutes. Later cut portions, baste with fat and roasted onion.
