A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Desalt, de-bone and pick apart the anchovies, melt them in a little oil over a very low flame. Make the pasta in enough but not very salted water. Just before draining the pasta, heat a little oil in a small saucepan and toast the bread in it. First mix the drained bucatini well with the bread and then add the anchovy sauce and a little grated black pepper. Serve without cheese.
