Instructions:

Blanch tomatoes, skin, remove seeds and cut into coarse cubes. Cut the bacon into thin strips, remove the skin from the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean the pepper, slit it open, wash out the seeds and chop the pod finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon and onions in it. Mix in tomatoes and pepper, season with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes at low temperature.

Cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Strain, mix with the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
