Instructions:

The beef is put on to boil in 1 l of tap water and cooked until semi-soft. Next, add the long grain rice browned in butter, cooking vegetables browned in butter, liver and stomach. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle parsley on top and cook until done. The broth is sprinkled with grated cheese and served.
