For the broccoli soup, wash broccoli and peel the stalk. Cut into small pieces, wash carrot, peel and cut into fine leaves.

Dice the celery, peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic, cut the sausages into thin slices.

Heat the oil, lightly brown the onion and then add all the finely diced vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in the soup and cook for about 15 minutes.

Transfer 2 scoops of vegetables to a plate and puree the rest with a blender. Add the vegetables set aside and the sausage slices.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lovage, boil briefly and serve the broccoli soup.
