Rinse broccoli, clean and finely chop with a blitz chopper, sprinkle with orange juice, form into dumplings.

Rinse apricots, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Peel ginger, cut into very fine cubes. Mix with kefir, oil, salt and pepper and serve with broccoli dumplings and apricots. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

If you suffer a lot from heartburn, you should pre-steam the broccoli. To do this, put about 2 cm of water in a saucepan and place a steamer insert over it.
