Instructions:

1 hour (without resting time), elaborately knead baking powder, flour, butter, egg, whipped cream into a dough quickly and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Blanch broccoli in salted water, rinse with cold water and drain. Cut bacon into small cubes, fry in a frying pan. Chop onion and fry briefly with the bacon.

In a baking bowl, mix sour cream, chopped egg, finely chopped ham and curry, season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Roll out the dough and spread it on a pie dish (26 cm ø), also pulling up the dough at the edges. Spread the ham mixture evenly on the dough, top with broccoli and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake in the oven at 170 °C for about 40 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for the chive sauce together.

Clean and chop the lettuce, rinse and dry in a salad spinner. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the lettuce with it.
