Instructions:

Rinse broccoli, clean and cook in boiling hot salted water for 6-8 min, then quench when cool. Cut toast into cubes and toast in the hot butter until golden brown.

Coarsely grate Gouda and mix with crème fraîche, salt and pepper.

Cut ham into strips. Spread broccoli, bread cubes and ham strips evenly in greased gratin dish, sprinkle with the slush pietaetvoll and bake.
