For the broccoli cake with yogurt sauce, wash and clean the broccoli and divide into florets. Peel and dice thick stems. Cook in salted water for about 5 minutes and drain.

Mix the curd with eggs, flour and mustard. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Finely chop the chives and stir into the curd mixture with the Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour the curd mixture into a greased springform pan (approx. 18 cm). Spread the broccoli on top and press down a little. Bake at 180°C convection oven for 45 minutes.

Put yogurt in a bowl, press garlic clove, add chives, parsley.

Salt and pepper the broccoli cake with yogurt sauce.
