For the broccoli tart, prepare a quick shortcrust pastry from the pastry ingredients, wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Roll out the dough thinly, line the cake springform pan with it and press a rim about 5 centimeters high. Pre-bake in the oven at 200 °C (gas 3) for 10 minutes, making sure the dough does not brown.

Wash and divide the broccoli. Boil salted water with the halved garlic clove and cook the broccoli in it for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Mix the remaining four eggs with the whipped cream and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and pepper. Spread the drained broccoli evenly on the cake base. Dice the ham and sprinkle on top. Pour the whipped cream and egg mixture on top.

Place broccoli tart in the oven and bake at 200 °C (gas 3) for about 45 minutes. Serve the broccoli tart hot.
