Clean the broccoli, rinse, divide into roses and blanch briefly in boiling hot salted water, rinse in cold water. Cut the ham into strips. Blanch (scald) the tomatoes, peel, quarter and remove the seeds.

Place the broccoli in a baking dish together with the tomato fillets and the ham strips. Pour the béchamel sauce over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
