Rinse and clean beans and cut into finger-thick strips.

Peel carrots, clean celery and chop both coarsely. Sauté onion cubes in hot butter until soft. Add honey, vegetables, savory, clear soup and whipping cream and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Season lightly with salt and season with pepper. Bind remaining liquid with sauce thickener. Cut cheese into cubes and chop almonds. Fold both into the vegetables.
