For the brioche casserole, dice brioche crescents. Mix 125 ml milk with rum and Cointreau and soak the bread cubes in it.

Mix jam, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth and mix with soaked brioche. Whisk the rest of the milk with the eggs.

Cut prunes into small sticks and add. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease the baking dish, put the soaked bread cubes in it and pour the prune mixture over it.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve the brioche casserole after a short rest.
