A cake recipe for all foodies:

The day before: rinse the raisins, drain well, mix with finely diced candied lemon peel, candied orange peel and chopped almond kernels in a baking bowl, sprinkle with rum and leave with the lid closed.

The next day, put all the ingredients for the yeast dough in the wide bowl of the food processor form and prepare with the dough hook in 5 min to a smooth yeast dough. Preheat the oven to 50 °C for 5 min, turn it off, let the covered dough rise in the oven for 20 to half an hour. Later knead briefly and incorporate the dried fruit moistened with rum. Put the dough into a greased large loaf pan. Cover and let rise from new in about 1 hour, then bake.
