For the breaded cauliflower with potatoes, boil the potato, peel and cut into 2 halves. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until not too soft, drain.

Beat the eggs with the milk. Dip the cauliflower first in the egg-milk mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumbs.

Then fry the cauliflower in hot rapeseed oil until it floats. Drain on kitchen paper.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, place the potato on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave in the oven for half an hour. Add the cauliflower, this way you can keep it nice and warm.

Serve the breaded cauliflower with potatoes with salad.
