Place the flour in a large enough bowl and make a well in the center, pour in the dissolved yeast. Cover lightly with flour and let rise.

Add the other ingredients to the yeast form and work everything together very well with a dough hook. On a floured surface, continue working with your hands until you have a firm dough that can be shaped into a loaf. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the loaf on a greased tray, brush with water and bake for about an hour.
