Instructions:

For the bread with filling, fry bacon cubes, garlic, tomatoes and onion cubes in butter. Dissolve yeast in honey.

Stir in olive oil, salt and water and then incorporate the flour. Immediately roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and coat with the bacon and onion mixture.

Cut the dough into rectangles. Grease the baking dish and place the rectangles in it. Cover and bake at 180 °C for 60 minutes, then immediately turn out of the pan.

Let the bread with filling cool and cut into slices.
