For the bread, put all the ingredients, except the butter, in a bowl and knead well with a mixer. When everything is mixed together, add the butter and knead into a smooth dough.

Shape into a ball and cut into the surface. Bake at 200 °C for about 45 to 50 minutes. Test the dough with a chopstick to see if it is cooked through.
