Salt and pepper the vegetables, fry briefly with oil and oregano sprig in a not too hot pan, should not become too soft. For the marinade, mix all ingredients with a whisk or blender and season to taste. Arrange the vegetables lukewarm on plates, drizzle with the marinade. Sprinkle or garnish with basil and parsley. Arrange slices of ham in rosette form and sprinkle with mountain cheese. Serve with toasted white bread or baguette. Take other vegetables as you like. Some plucked vegetable or herb flowers still as a garnish, depending on the season sprinkle. Very well fit also still some mitgebratene Eierschwammerl or porcini mushrooms in addition. Fry some additional garlic slices. Use thyme instead of oregano. Instead of ham, use smoked fish fillets, smoked tuna, other types of bacon.
