Instructions:

Soak dried pears in red wine or possibly Marsala for one night.

Season meat. Heat oil in casserole. Sear stilts well on both sides on 2 or automatic cooking plate 7-9, extinguish with red wine, switch back to 1 or automatic cooking plate 4-5, cook a little bit in open saucepan. Add stir-fried gravy and seasonings. Braise in closed crock pot for about 2 1/ hr.

(In the Kelomat the cooking time is reduced to 55 min.) 15 min. before the end of the cooking time add the pears in wine.

Stir the cornflour and sour cream or crème fraiche and add to the sauce. Bring to a boil while stirring, season to taste.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans or Brussels sprouts.
