Instructions:

For the Brabant cookies, prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients listed. Leave to rest for 1/2 hour.

Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Bake at 180 degrees. Assemble 2 cookies at a time with strawberry jam and glaze with chocolate icing.

Decorate the Brabant cookies with a small piece of candied cherry and some coconut.
