Instructions:

Remove the peel from the cooked potatoes while they are still hot and mash them. Remove the skin from the raw potatoes and grate them. Add flour and baking powder and season with salt to taste. Knead into a dough with as much milk as needed.

Shape the mixture on a floured board into smaller or larger patties, as needed, and toast on both sides in a frying pan.

Serve with butter, fried bacon or honey.
