Clean the vegetables, grate the celery and carrots as for raw vegetables, halve the leeks and spring onions lengthwise and cut into fine slices, chop the onions, mince the garlic. Cut the canned tomatoes into small pieces and save the tomato juice. Fry the minced meat in the oil until it becomes crumbly, then add the onions for about 5 minutes, then add the other vegetables and fry for the same 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

Add the chopped tomatoes, their juice, the strained tomatoes and the garlic to the pot. Bring to the boil briefly and add the spices. Add the stock cubes and then fold in the red wine and the paradeis pulp. Continue to simmer gently for a while on a gentle heat. If there is a loss of liquid, add a little beef broth. For this not only noodles fit, potatoes put it according to opinion of the author much better.
