For the blueberry cream tartelettes, put milk and cream in a saucepan. Add scraped vanilla bean and pulp.

Bring liquid to a gentle boil, then let steep on low for about 15 minutes. Remove vanilla beans. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and cornstarch.

Add half of the milk and cream mixture. Stir until smooth. Then add to the remaining cream – milk mixture. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Pour everything into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. For the base, sift sugar and flour into a bowl. Add butter and knead everything well.

Add the remaining ingredients and work into a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Butter the pan well and line it with the dough.

Prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until golden brown. Let cool well for approx. 20 minutes!

Spread the base with cream and decorate with blueberries! Finally, add a few spirals of honey over the blueberry cream tartelette.
