Remove the skin from small, firm pears, cut into 1/2 * 1/2 * 1/2 cm cubes. Mix pear cubes well with a few drops of blue food coloring.

Topiokamehl in a bag form, pears to it and shake well. Take the pears out of the bag and separate them.

Bring water to a boil, pour in pears. When they float on the surface, put them in ice-cold water and separate them one more time, shape them in coconut milk and put them in the refrigerator.

Make water with sugar into a syrup, cool. Cut jackfruit into fine strips, mold into syrup.

To serve, mold blue sapphires with coconut milk into dessert dish, then pour syrup with jackfruit over.

Looks great, is a little bit elaborate, but worth it. And tastes absolutely great.
