For the blinis, first add the yeast to the lukewarm milk and mix until it dissolves. Then mix the milk, melted butter, egg yolk, flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix to a dough.

If the dough is too thick you can add a little milk, let it rest for half an hour, covered with a kitchen towel.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the dough. Heat the oil in a pan and put a tablespoon of dough blob in each pan.

Allow both sides to brown. Then place a large tablespoon of blueberry jam on each of the blinis. Pour the whipped cream into a piping bag and pipe it onto the blinis in a circle.
