For the blackberry cream with almond paste, puree curd, whipped cream and blackberries with a hand blender (use more or less whipped cream depending on the desired firmness) and sweeten with coconut blossom sugar.

Divide the blackberry cream into dessert bowls, place a teaspoon of almond paste in the center of each and garnish each with a blackberry and a leaf of mint.
