Instructions:

For the salsify bread, cook salsify until tender. Cut the ham into small pieces. Mix crème faiche with cream and ham and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the salsify on the bread, then pour the sauce on top and cover with sliced mozzarella.

Bake the salsify bread in the oven at 170 °C for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
