Instructions:

For black haunted pizza, first prepare black pizza dough.

For the topping, wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the shallots, also peel and press the garlic clove. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté shallot cubes until translucent, stir in garlic and tomatoes. Reduce to a creamy sauce over high heat, stirring repeatedly. Season with basil, salt and pepper and let cool.

Drain mozzarella and cut into very thin strips. Also drain olives and cut in half, cutting some olive halves into narrow wedges.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or brush with olive oil. Preheat oven to 220 °C.

Pull out pizza dough into two round pizza bases and place on the prepared tray. Spread the paradeis sauce on it, put the mozzarella strips all around in the shape of a spider web. Put the pizza in the hot oven and bake for about 20 minutes (the mozzarella should not get too dark).

Place olive halves and wedges on the black spooky pizza in the shape of small spiders and serve.
