Pit the cherries, drain. Mix with curd cheese and the juice of one milk, salt, lemon and sugar.

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the curd mixture.

Fill cherry-curd mixture and chocolate shavings alternately into glasses.

Decorate the cherry cups with a cream topping.
