A cake recipe for all foodies:

Put flour with a pinch of salt, yeast and citrus peel in a large enough bowl.

Fold in honey, oil, lukewarm milk and 100 ml lukewarm water with the dough hook of the mixer and let the dough rise for 20 min with the lid closed. Spread a baking sheet or a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper. Knead the very soft dough well from new, spread on the paper form and smooth on a work surface of about 30 x 20 cm. Let rise for another 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (convection oven 160 degrees ). Spread frozen berries evenly on the cake and bake it for 20 to 25 min on the lowest shelf. Remove the cake, sprinkle with sugar on the spot and cool. Divide into 8 pieces and freeze lukewarm the pieces that are not eaten on the spot.
