Instructions:

Wash the sausages and pat dry.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the sausages until crispy on all sides (add a little fat if necessary).

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté the onions in clarified butter until translucent. Add tomato ketchup and heat together. Finally stir in the madras curry.
