This is a meal so right after the people who like strong stews. Beggar’s soup is inexpensive and it fills you up. Rinse beef, cut into cubes. Place in boiling, salted water. Rinse and clean greens. Remove the skin from the onion. Cut everything into cubes. With the rolled barley in the broth form. Make half an hour. Next, add the potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes. Season the soup with seasoning. Rinse, dry and chop the parsley. Put it on the soup and melt the butter on it.
