Instructions:

First, wash the beets and boil them in salted water until soft. Rinse, peel and cut into fine slices (wear gloves if necessary!).

For the marinade, mix apple cider vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, table horseradish and, if necessary, a little cooking water from the beets.

Pour over the sliced beets, let stand briefly and serve the beet salad.
