Instructions:

Prepare the garnish for the beef tartare. Chop the chives, onion, cucumber, parsley, capers and anchovy fillets.

Form 4 loaves from the minced meat and arrange them on a plate. Make a small hollow in the loafs and place a raw yolk in each one.

Spread the garnish evenly around the Beef Tatar and serve.
